As usual Biswarup and his team have continued to enhance my project. There are lots of developers on Upwork but not many are as responsive or knowledgeable as Cloudifyapps. I look forward to continuing my business with them for several years to come.

Build an Ai plug-in (extension) for email
I would have done a 3 Star Review but Upwork will hide my review if I do that so this is more effective so people can actually see.
Cloudify Apps started out strong and positive. I was very pleased with their initial (untested) work the first month or so and was pleased with their communication and delivery. As time went on and it was actually time to beta test, that's when things started getting rough. It's one thing to deliver a "product" and another to deliver a "working product". Basic things needed to be fixed, basic components weren't built that needed to be implemented and I had to hire my own QA team to go through all of the countless fixes and bugs that were there. (This alone costed a ton of money and is not included on their quotes) Their price was great in the beginning and sounded competitive, but I have been in tech for many years and when it came to actually delivering a working product that was clean and functioned as it should have from the start, it was like pulling teeth.
They said we would have a great long-term relationship but when users were complaining about simple components not working (like were promised) and they needed to be fixed, it turned from "we are a team" to difficult to communicate with and just outright ignoring me.
If you get a proposal from a shop, they should give you a proposal on a finished job, (that's what I thought I was getting) not some screens done with non-working functionality, or a product that doesn't work as it should. It seems that they got the quick buck and moved on to the next project leaving mine with the one basic feature not working.
Needless to say we are at a juncture where we now need additional components finished and built, so they have moved us to an hourly rate.. I find out the very BASIC flagship component of the app that should work, doesn't even work still? So I paid thousands of dollars for the basic ai that is incomplete. Now I am moved to hourly and it's still not being taken seriously and I am still being ignored with very little communication.
Their only rebuttal is (it was more work than expected) but their initial fixed quote is for a completed functioning product and when someone asks for the product to work properly as it should - this apparently isn't factored into the initial quote. I would tread lightly and ensure any quote from any shop like Cloudify Apps tells you they guarantee their work if you do a fixed price or get an approximation on hours and ensure it sounds reasonable and that it will be built properly and compatible with browsers, mobile etc.
I have added extra components to the app but this was all discussed, mutually agreed upon and paid for. So now we are doing hourly and I am being charged to fix basic functions that never worked right...(that I already paid for) on top of that very little time is being spent on this project.
