Hariom gave access to our code repos to an unauthorized user named Deepak!
Hariom created security issues for us because he gave access to others who were not authorized by us! This is very disturbing and is a breach of security and an ethical breach!
Hariom's code quality is not that of a senior developer, which he represented he was. My team attempted to work with him to coach him on his code quality, which was a cost to our team.
Hariom missed critical deadlines, which caused significant issues for our team and our project. He quit our project today unexpectedly as he had two tasks due by our team standup today, but chose to quit without any discussion or warning.
Overall, the experience with Hariom and his agency was very poor.
