I can test the software on Linux and Windows. In most cases, it will run on MacOS and other supported platforms as well. Android is supported too, although not as a "top tier" target.
I don't have Rust projects in my Upwork history yet. So to break the entry barrier, I will charge you 1/3 of my normal price. Both hourly and fixed price projects are welcomed!
