I am Jamf 400 certified. With over 12 years in IT, 8 of them supporting Jamf exclusively, I have created dozens of Jamf servers. I am currently a Senior Jamf Administrator at a MSP and have worked with a large variety of clients. I first got into supporting Macs when I worked at Google. I am a perfectionist, and focused on your satisfaction. I will make sure your Jamf instance is stood up, with documentation for enrollment, starter apps, and polices. If you need ongoing support (such as helping with enrollment, adding apps, printers, or changing policies), I can help with my hourly fee. I am also very security -focused, and will recommend the best policies for you to stay secure (such as enforcing Filevault, password protection, screen lock etc.). I can also help deploy any apps you may need, and set up patch management (for an additional fee).

I am an experienced IT Professional with 12 years' experience working in user-facing IT. Over the past 8 years, I have specialized in Google Workspace, Apple and JAMF administration. I started my journey into Google and Apple specialization in 2015 when I was a full time employee in Google's prestigious IT Residency Program. Since then, I have built entire IT departments for several startups, and a college. I most recently am a Senior Systems Administrator for a MSP, providing exceptional support to a wide range of small and medium sized businesses, focused on Jamf and Google Workspace.

I have a Jamf 400 certification, and am a Certified Apple Support Specialist. I have set up dozens of Jamf instances, and currently manage 18 different Jamf instances. I have deployed and managed JAMF at multiple companies, both in Education and Business. I am also versed in other MDMs, such as Addigy and Apple Business Manager Essentials.
