Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) is a managed service that you can use to run Kubernetes on AWS without needing to install, operate, and maintain Kubernetes yourself. You will get a highly available (3 AZs) and scalable Kubernetes setup to deploy your micro services to Amazon EKS. You will also get the fully automated Continous Integration and deployment pipeline using the AWS Developer tools or through Jenkins/Bamboo. Infrastructure will be deployed with a mix of OnDemand and spot EC2 instances to minimise the cost the maximum level. Infrastructure will be created with either of "eksctl", "Cloudformation" or "Terrform" to follow Infrastruture as code which will be helpful to manage in future.
