This guy uses many different accounts and tries to get you to star jobs under different upwork accounts after you start with him permissibly to affect feedback ratings. He was able to do some bespoke customisation for me but on may occasions even after asking him not to he would make changes on the live website causing it to crash completely or show embarrassing issues... He does not care or even apologise for doing it just keeps doing it.
He left me in a VERY difficult situation after many other issues where he made a change that caused allot of the work he had done to effectively disappear and then refused to fix it. He and his team were not able to even log into FTP even though he had the login details... To summaries a very sloppy service and they are HAPPY to let you down and don't care about you as a customer at all.
I asked him so many times just to fix the last problem or at least provide me some simple documentation so i can transfer the work to another developer. I even offered to pay him for his time do provide the documentation and he would not. Clearly not a professional!
He left me in a VERY difficult situation after many other issues where he made a change that caused allot of the work he had done to effectively disappear and then refused to fix it.
