1. Teaching Maths Simply, WBT, 4 hours
My Role: Instructional Designer
Project Details: The UK government sponsored a nationwide learning program to teach simple maths concepts to adults. These adults could not complete their school education, but they ran small businesses.
Instructional Design Solution: Experiential Learning Model. A group of working adults in a small city comes together to renovate a community centre and start new projects. They need to calculate the renovation cost, draw conclusions from data presented in tables, read charts and graphs and calculate the carpet area.
2. IRMea, Blended Learning, Simulated Gamification in Immersive Environment, 16 hours
My Role: Learning Consultant
Project Details: To help audit professionals assess risks and do financial audits
Instructional Design Solution: Four audit topics were identified as a pre-requisite for computer-based practice in a 3D-simulated environment incorporating gamification techniques, such as scoring metaphors, time and quality escalations, timed activities, action dependencies and mini-games reinforcement.

Project Details: To support understanding of Rio Tinto processes integrated with SAP
Instructional Design Solution: This 300-hours Instructor-Led Training (ILT) was delivered with instructor's decks–incorporating process flow charts, illustrations of decision points, review points–, instructor's guide, participant's guide, job aids, handover documents and notes.
