What architecture do you use for Servers?
I'm using both Lightsail and EC2 for server creation. Lightsail provides everything on monthly basis, there is no extra charge for other services. Fix price EC2, you can have option to select more ram and core's on the basic of requirements.
Is AWS account provide by you?
No, AWS account is created and provided by client.
