Full Time EXPERIENCED WordPress Developer - $2200 per month.
The developer mis-represented himself and his skills during the interview process. The person who responded to the contract request is NOT the one who did the work. And in their response to written questions, they plagiarized answers from google.
We did not figure this out until the project deadline was exceeded and we had to do some video-conferences to get the project on track. At that point we were suddenly introduced to someone else we had never heard of before. And certain skills where the written questions was appropriately answered were almost non-existent so we investigated why that was and figure out the plagiarism issue.
Overall, untrustworthy across the board. We're actually ending this contract before we have a finished item because its months overdue and it looks like the developers do not have the skills to finish it up without another few weeks of time passing us by.
