I will help you setup the following structure.(It can be more or less buckets).

These 5 buckets should all have the exact same data, so when something gets added into A, BCDE will get the new file as well.
If something gets added in B , ACDE will get the new file.

Create the S3 buckets(If they don't exist)
I will create a s3 bucket enabling bucket versioning to setup the Replication
Setup the cron jobs to do the replication between bucket A to B
This job will create a rule so that every object added into bucket A will be added to Bucket B
