I will create a map that you need inside any RPG Maker engine of your choice. The mapping style will use the in-engine map editor. However, I will rearrange the tileset to make the map visual aesthetically pleasing to see.
Pros:
The map will look better compared to non-edited tileset map.
You can edit the map yourself if you need to change something, unlike the parallax map.
Cons:
Parallax map offers more beauty customization.
