From my experience in operational and management consulting, I have worked with dozens of clients in every industry from healthcare, to food manufacturing, to ship building to do anything from reducing patient cancellation rates, to forecasting and correcting project schedules, to statistically analyzing product distributions to match giveaway law compliance. I have worked closely with stakeholders all the way from shop-floor shift workers to CEOs to understand unique needs and drive results.
