Website Restore
I made some mistakes in updating the website that caused the site to go down. I reached out to Saifur and expressed that I needed this resolved quickly as my business depends on the functioning of the website. He had resolved the issue within a day. I know that he dropped everything and worked around the clock to solve the issue, recognizing how critical this was for me personally. I am so appreciative of his rapid response and working through the hours. The last step of the project I was upgrading a subscription for my domain and needed to add payment. Saifur was patient and arranged a zoom meeting where he walked me through the steps. It was a pleasure to meet and speak with him. He has been a great person to work with and someone that is incredibly easy to communicate with.
