Dealing with Khaled Alshobaki has been the most disastrous, time-consuming, and infuriating experience I have ever had in business. He is completely untrustworthy, incapable of meeting deadlines, and utterly negligent in his communication. Rather than taking responsibility, he allows others to answer his messages, disappears for extended periods, and consistently fails to complete critical tasks. His reckless behavior puts any project he touches at extreme risk. I had no choice but to continue working with him due to timing constraints, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. He deliberately misleads clients into believing he is competent and reliable, only to sabotage their projects once his code is deeply embedded in their infrastructure. He has ghosted me six times and operates without any sense of accountability. His instability is not just professional but personal—he has moved between multiple countries, changed his phone number four times, and demonstrated erratic, unreliable behavior that suggests a complete lack of stability. If you value your company, your project, and everything you’ve built, do not let him anywhere near it. Hiring him is the equivalent of handing your entire business over to someone who will systematically dismantle it. He is a liability in every sense of the word, and anyone who works with him is setting themselves up for absolute failure. This is not just a warning—it is a guarantee. If you choose to engage with him after reading this, you are knowingly inviting destruction into your business.
