Project details
Program is used to transfer data from Siemens PLC to computer SQL databse. Make your database in advance. Prepare tables, columns... Instal PLCtoSQL software. In the frst column of PLCtoSQL program you have to set IP, rack, slot and sampling time. Sampling time in in milliseconds. In the middle column are SQL server name, user name and password of your SQL databse. On the right column of program you have to choose which TAG from your Siemens PLC you want to read and save into SQL database. Choose between M(memory), Q(output), I(input) and DB. Choose right datatype! (int, real, bool...) and byte, bit location. In the last box select in which column of SQL database you want to record your TAG. Click Confirm.
