I identified issues in inventory validation and inefficiencies among the department so implemented new processes that increased the accuracy and speed of team reconciliations, and as Business Ops. Coordinator I organized operations amongst several departments which increased productivity and performance at multiple sites. I have consistently managed multiple projects at a time- having performed month-close for multiple entries as Marketing Admin and covering the duties of multiple departments in my shifts as Business Ops Coordinator. I am responsible, reliable, and the go-to person for coworkers and management: being approached with complex projects, trusted to validate their reports and train co-workers, and entrusted with larger workloads. I have applied GAAP to reconciliations, month-end close, payroll, and AR / AP processing.
