I consider myself a Robo-Psychologist, in league with Susan Calvin from Isaac Asimov's Robotics books.
After receiving my BS in Computer Science from MIT in 2013 (with a minor in Theatre Arts), I spent 10 years working at Google as an SRE, a Reliability Engineer focused on preventing and responding to bugs and other unwanted incidents in the core Google systems. I learned a lot about distributed systems, the tools for diagnosing failures, as well as the dynamics of decision-making in large corporations.
I minored in Theatre Arts because I care deeply about clear communication. In addition to exploring the various ways people interpret experiences through my Theatre classes, I have also been certified as a Life Coach from the Achology Academy. I put a lot of focus into ensuring I am able to communicate clearly to each student based directly on what they already understand.
My services include:

• Strategizing design decisions specific to your project's needs
• Analyzing your software stack to identify causes of unwanted behavior

Initial Meeting
We meet to discuss your goals and needs. I will help clarify as much as I can immediately, and will take notes of anything we aren't able to cover.
Consultation Sessions
I will meet with you again to sit with you and walk through the concepts which are confusing you. If there is anything I needed to refresh on based on our initial meeting, I will be prepared at this point to talk you through those issues.
