With over ten years of experience in the data industry serving both small business and enterprise level customers, a common obstacle in customer marketing initiatives or insight analysis is in the area of customer matching.
By providing me with your customer file and a secondary file with which you'd like the matching comparison conducted, I will perform a proprietary customer matching process developed and maintained by myself. Upon completion, I will return the files back to you with the following columns appended to your files:
1) A linkage key value appended to your customer file that designates which record from the secondary file is the best match
2) A descriptive value appended to your customer file indicating what type of match level was attained
3) A unique identifier appended to your secondary file
Due to the nature of a customer matching process involving the processing of sensitive customer information, I will permanently delete any and all records upon job completion and payment being received. I am also happy to provide a signed a signed disclosure stating explicitly why and how the data will be used, and that all data will be deleted upon job completion.
