I am proposing to test your trading idea on historical prices before to take a decision about investments in active trading. Your strategy may use up to 3 standard of custom (but with accessible plots series) indicators, entry \ exit logic and optional stop-loss and profit-targets.
If you wish, I will run several backtest on instruments on your choice (CME futures, Forex, Binance cryptocurrencies, NASDAQ, NYSE).
The strategy may be further improved under regular Upwork contracts

I need an educator to teach me how to create NinjaTrader strategies using C# and Ninjascript.

Ongoing Modifications to NinjaTrader Strategy
Andrii was able to develop a very complex automated trading script (over 5000 lines of code) for a reasonable price. There were countless adjustments, and additions to the code, Andrii was able to keep his fees quite low due to his exceptional organization and speed of work. He maintained regular communication throughout the entire project.
The quality of the system Andrii developed is excellent with no issues what so ever!
However, we did run into some very major issues with the NinjaTrader Platform (To clarify these issues were not caused by Andrii, these are issues which are inherent to the NinjaTrader Platform).
Unfortunately NinjaTrader is not able handle the frequency at which my trading system was designed to operate at.
NinjaTrader is a decent platform for developing indicators, manual trading, historical testing, and automated systems. However, for Higher Frequency type systems Ninjatrader does have it's limitations.
Andrii was able to discover these limitations, which were previously unknown to even the NinjaTrader Support Team!!!
Andrii handled the above problem in a professional manner, he contacted NinjaTrader's support team on several occasions to attempt to rectify the platform issues.
Unfortunately at this point in time it is not possible for NinjaTrader Support to fix the problems.
I am disappointed with the NinjaTrader Platform.
But I am impressed with Andrii's work, I will continue to work with Andrii on future projects with Ninjatrader, however we will be keeping in mind the platform limitations that exist with NinjaTrader.
As for my current system I am in the process of developing it on a Platform that can better handle HFT style trading.
I would recommend Andrii for many reasons for your next project, but the best example I can give as to why he is an amazing programmer: I saw that he is better at troubleshooting and finding solutions to NinjaTrader Platform issues than the NinjaTrader Platform Support team! Also, I forgot to mention while Andrii was troubleshooting these Platform issues for over 3 weeks he did not charge me anything, he is an honest hard working individual.
