Ryno did an outstanding job helping us build a highly customized app. He also provided solid post go-live support, always being available and incredibly flexible to meet our evolving needs. We are exploring entering a more formalised support contract with Ryno due to our positive experience with his current support provided. He is well-known now across all functions within our organisation.
Our app had a ton of custom requirements, and we really pushed the limits of Model-Driven Power Apps. Ryno stepped in custom development with JS the custom app and with HTML and CSS to extend the functionality in the PowerPages.
On top of that, he guided us through the complexities of the Microsoft Entra Administration tools, offering strategic insights on licenses and products. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Ryno’s work

Ryno delivered excellent work on our project. He developed a comprehensive internal database, an application for our customer service technicians, and an user-friendly power pages for our customers. Throughout the project, Ryno maintained open and effective communication. Ryno was always available. His proficiency in JS and Power Automate allowed him to address any limitations in Microsoft's default features.
When there was an issue with the stability of our PowerPages, Ryno promptly engaged with Microsoft to resolve the issue, keeping me informed throughout the process. We look forward to working with Ryno again on future Microsoft projects.
