Working with this freelancer was an extremely disappointing experience. In their proposal, they presented impressive materials showcasing workflows and processes, which led me to believe they were experienced and professional. However, when it came to implementation, the deliverables were entirely different and fell drastically short of expectations.
The SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) were poorly structured, lacking both detail and practicality. The "how-to" guides provided were so simplistic that even a 5-year-old could have written them. This is absolutely not what was promised or advertised in their proposal.
I strongly advise anyone considering this freelancer to think twice. The gap between what is promised and what is delivered is significant, and the results are far from professional or usable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this freelancer based on my experience.
