Project details
Following your reference photos, videos, plan, or sketch, I will create the product/building from scratch. We will discuss deeply about the project such as if you need interactive objects inside the game, turning on/off fan, ac, lights, opening/closing doors. It will be well-textured, lightened, and rendered. I usually use Maya for 3d modeling, substance painter and photoshop for texturing, Ultimately Unreal Engine to make the game.
As an end product, you will have a game file as .exe which you will download and then open and can walk around interact with lights, computer, fan, tab(turning on/off only), ac, lift, door and so on.

Reference image, sketch, video, floor plan, blueprint.
You have to send me your products as many views(top, bottom, left, right, up, down) as possible. Architectural files such as AutoCAD files, images, videos, sketches, blueprints are needed. High-resolution images are preferred.
