You will get a content migration that includes all site files and databases. The following steps is the general flow:
- Copy your existing content from one hosting platform to another hosting platform.
- Reconnect the database to the website by updating the connection string.
- Change the primary domain of the website and any database references (if add-on purchased)
- Install an SSL certificate and review the site for any insecure content (if add-on purchased)
- Verify PHP versions and then make backups on new hosting platform.
- Update software version and check the site for compatibility issues (if add-on purchased)
Hosting login credentials are required. If all that is available is WordPress login credentials, I will need to install a plugin to extract the content.
