My base project includes SPF and DMARC with no quarantining or rejection. I have an add-on package tracking down all of your legitimate mail sources and creating DKIM records for each. When this is all complete, external mail services will recognize your legitimate email traffic as such, and, if they're following DMARC rules, they will flag any potential illegitimate traffic using your domain as invalid. After a testing period, at your request, I can move the DMARC rules from just reporting to quarantining any suspicious messages or even explicit rejection.
