There was an honest misunderstanding about what was required with this task - which happens sometimes - but his manner in dealing with it left a lot to be desired and he instantly became quite rude which was completely unnecessary.
His lack of professionalism and total unwillingness to help means I would not use him again myself, however his response times were very quick and he did complete what he believed was the task - even though it wasn't really what I was after.
If he had been a little bit more cooperative and less rude then I am sure we could have just fixed the issue, or agreed that we had an honest miscommunication and just moved on amicably. As it is I have paid for the task as he has requested but this was a waste of money. I have had lots of great experiences with freelancers on Upwork - this wasn't one of them.
