VA To Implement Figma Designs Into Klaviyo Freelancer didn't complete the work neither communicated she needed help or anything, the only time we heard from her was to increase the hours, we did and work was still not done. Our operations manager followed up multiple times asking her if she needed help or anything like that and ultimately we didn't get any work done so now we're behind schedule
