Ashish Rai is technically very talented, and for the technical part of the project, I do give him a rating of 10. However, it's almost impossible to work with him because if the slightest detail was not mentioned in the initial proposal, he will refuse to implement it, citing that it is out of scope.
As a developer myself, I understand the problem of clients constantly asking for additional features that were not included in the initial scope of the project. However, being a developer also means understanding that it's nearly impossible to cover every single detail in the initial proposal; there will always be things that are overlooked.
Ashish is not reasonable in this regard. He refuses to implement anything that was not explicitly mentioned in the initial proposal.
