I am a graduate of Full Sail University, with a Masters in Internet Marketing, and 13+ years experience creating websites and driving *the right* traffic to them, since creating my first WordPress site in 2009.
I originally began marketing online during the myspace days for an online record label. Managing pages for the label, (and watching views and sales go up!) got me hooked on driving traffic, and I began to read trade publications to learn all I could about the industry, before eventually getting my Masters in Internet Marketing in 2012 from Full Sail.
Over the last decade, I have worked in web design, website maintenance, and digital marketing, in client-facing agency roles, and as a freelancer handling jobs for clients and local small businesses.
Duties have included the design and management of WordPress and Shopify websites, creating and running PPC campaigns with budgets over $25k, developing high lead-generating landing pages, writing SEO content calendars and outlines, cleaning up backlink profiles, editing and publishing blogs and articles, designing email marketing campaigns, etc, etc, and of course staying current with the constant changes the industry throws at us, since there is always a new tool or method to try out!
