Video Creator for company presentation The resource is not open for meetings to listen client needs and ideias. So, he follows is ideas and present results that only by chance can match the client expectations. He also did not follow the script and he his not open to perform changes. It also not very available to be on meetings and even the ones pre scheduled he miss it

I do think that you just need to be open for some meetings since it can improve the relationship and the project understanding. Also, you show not to be opened to more adjustments and in future cases, with longer videos, that could be a issue.
