You will get a marked-up Google doc with suggestions for edits that you can choose to incorporate or not. This applies to resumes and cover letters. You make the changes yourself. I suggest revisions through markups and comments and a summary of my overall feedback based on years of HR experience coaching others and my own career successes. If we are also building a strategy together, you will receive a one-pager detailing custom recommendations for your search strategy including salary negotiation.
