About Aderagew

Providing direct support for mental health counselors to enhance their clinical expertize and enable them to provide counseling services for victims of trauma, depression, anxiety and other psychosocial impacts.
My main task is coaching, mentoring, providing clinical supervision for mental counselors, social workers and community mobilizers with my high level of clinical expertize on counseling, training and development, and staff support. I am doing this in full time for the past 2 years with The Center for Victims of Torture, a US based humanitarian organization.
I have worked as a mental health counselor with the organization for three years and received a vast amount of short trainings to boost my knowledge and expertize before I was given the role of counseling supervisor.
I have supported hundreds of clients through direct counseling, psycho education, and training. I have sccessfully completed more than 30 group counseling, which lasts 10 week for each group and more than 20 trauma resilience workshops.
Now I am mainly working on coaching, skill transfer, supervision to mental health professionals with direct involvement with clients. I can write, create content, provide leaflets and brouchers on psychoogy and mental health related topics. Can also provide remote counseling to clients. Have excellent skill in creating training content, identify pychosocial gaps to organizations. Have rich exprience in staff consultation and support to enhance organizations staff wellbeing and staff care.
