There is no shortage of agencies that charge a ton of money for Brand Identity. I know, as I used to work for them. But I've distilled the same deliverables we used to charge $20k for into a powerful package that gives you the same insights at a fraction of the cost.
My framework is adapted from Margaret Mark and Carol Pearson's the Hero & the Outlaw. It starts by defining your brand archetype, which we do through a survey sent to employees and customers. That tells us the character of the brand, but it doesn't tell us your brand personality, so we do that through a second survey.
Finally, knowing the archetype and the personality, we've got the needed information to describe the voice of your brand. Also, we've got powerful information that we use to inform designers as well. In fact, clients that use this framework to establish key brand identity facets faster and with greater certainty.

For cold outbound, most of my work is within Apollo and Reply. I have my own instance of SmartLead for clients that simply want results and don't want to be bothered by another software license to manage.

You must configure everything properly if you want these campaigns to be sustainable.

Step 1 Select Your Package
Each package adds an additional deliverable. Brand archetype is a perfect first step, but personality brings more richness to the project. If you've got a dynamite content team, they can probably develop voice with that information by themselves.
Step 2 Customize and Deply Surveys
As much as possible, we keep the questions the same for consistency. Still, context matters, so we might make tweaks before we deploy (that's where the revisions come in).
