Looking for Google Analytics & Ads expert
Swapnil is highly talented and has the required skills - also good communication skills. However, he was not reviewing our account regularly or updating negative keywords despite repeatedly giving him feedback on this. He introduced another friend of his to look into our account and after 10 days after handover when we checked the account there were many negative keywords that were not addressed, and when we questioned his friend, he was asking us for the account details and had not even logged in to the account till then. Although Swapnil helped us to configure our account (for which I have paid him as well), he did not regularly look into our account and did not help to optimize (seems like he is busy and not available).
