Every realtor in today's market needs a good acquisitions process. The CRM's on the market are too expensive, and customers want to talk to a real person, not a robot. This package will help you to create warm leads which turn into deals. With this package, you will make your money back with 1 close. This package is for a lead count of 250 and increments should be considered in multiples of 250 (ex: 500 text messages = 2/lead).

*Important*: You must identify your target audience and pay for data mining yourself. I will ask for a single spread sheet with lead information. This project does not include data mining. Additionally, you will need to provide me with a prospective document explaining your target market (location, type of deals being done, owner financing vs cash, etc.)
