You are an open source Mautic maestro and Salesforce expert!
I was disappointed after bringing him back. It was only during this second engagement that I discovered that what he completed during his first engagement was incomplete. It was quite frustrating. We use a project management system where tasks are clearly outlined. He was supposed to upload contacts into our Salesforce. He was given the rows to import. He did not setup the custom rows like asked. During this second engagement he deleted ALL of the imports he originally did. Now I have to take time away from my work to redo his. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. And ontop of that he would not search for answers. He couldn't log in using the Salesforce authenticator app. Instead of being proactive and searching their help database, I had to do it and to search online to figure out what his login issue was. Quite frustrating. Buyer beware.
