My appointment setting clients see different results depending on their project. Some have seen averages of 1-3 solid appointments an hour every hour, others 1 appointment every 2 hours. Depending on demand, competition, quality of your product/service, quality of leads, average call times, results can also be 1 appointment every 2 or 3 hours and even 1 every 5 hours. I've had 6 clients in 16.5 years whose results fluctuated every 10 hours between 0-4 appointments. Every client is in their own market and numbers do vary greatly with each.
