At these prices ad spend is included in the pricing. You can choose between $250, $500, or $1000 in ad spend level. Ad group numbers are not fixed and can be negotiated. Quantity of landing pages also depends on ad group specifics. I will run your ads from my own Ad Manager account and landing pages will belong to me, unless otherwise negotiated.
