A short story, on my way to town( Nairobi CBD), am sitted at the window on this matatu (mini-van) watching this conducter (a person that ushers people into the vehicle), calling people to enter his car, right. What caught my attention is how he attended to everybody, his customer service, the way he talked to people was unique. How he convinced people to enter his vihcle was impressive, as in words can't even desribe, I hope you get the picture. That's what I want your customers to experience.
