However, as time went on, I had to evolve. I realized I needed more flexibility to target specific goals. While HubSpot served me well initially for content creation, lead generation, email marketing, list building, segmentation, reporting, sales management, and marketing automations, I started exploring other options which specialized in each of these individual areas. 👨💻
These days I take a multi-platform approach. 💼 Tools like Clay, Apollo.io, Zoominfo, HubSpot, Systeme.io, Instantly,ai, Make.com, Zapier, Zoho and GoHighLevel help with lead generation, content creation, segmenting, and automating different aspects of the attraction & engagement stage of a standard lead generation funnel.
📝Notion, Monday, Close.io, Trello, ClickUp, ClickFunnels, Slack, Pipedrive, and Asana help with communication and the management of leads and tasks among the internal team members of the project at both the marketing and sales level.
For setting up email campaigns, and email communications, Lemlist, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Connect, and MailChimp have been fantastic in that regard. 📨
The great thing about having a range of solutions is that you can adapt as your needs change over time. 💪 What works perfectly in the beginning might not be the best long-term fit.
