How it works:
So essentially it comes with a landing page that gauges the user sentiment to see how the client felt about your services using a star rating mechanism. Ratings 4 stars and the user is asked to leave a review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and/or others by clicking the link. Add code to push data to Zapier/Brevo
John's work was excellent, and he was very responsive. Unfortunately, something changed when I paused the contract for a couple of weeks, which is my standard practice when I cannot focus on a project. When I restarted the contract, he did not respond. I allowed ample time and made several attempts to contact him. It was out of character, and I became concerned about his well-being, thinking he might have had a mishap. I still wonder why he refused to reply rather than just letting me know he didn't wish to continue, and is the reason for my less-than-5-star rating.
