Project details

Google Ads Grants can be a huge positive for your nonprofit, or it can be managed poorly resulting in lost opportunity and if performance is poor, even loss of your grant from Google. I will review your set-up and analytics for past performance against the goals you have. I will then suggest and once approved, implement changes that will result in improved performance and increased ROI.

There is an additional charge for me to do this in conjunction with someone on your staff, in essence training them.

If you want to continue monthly integration with all other marketing, fundraising, advocacy and volunteer engagement plans, I can continue the management and optimization for a small ongoing monthly fee.

I have done this work for more than 25 nonprofits (the screen grab image of performance is from a client) and have always delivered more funds raised than my fee.

Most of my freelance work comes from referrals. I get a small % of my work from UpWork and may not hit some of the big UpWork numbers, but you should look deeper than that. You can find Tom Lynch and “Tom Lynch Marketing and Fundraising” (company) on LinkedIn, including references and referrals from former co-workers, employers and those who have hired me freelance.

There is a big difference between someone who tells you they “can” do it and someone who can show you how they “have” done it. Take a look at what I have done.

Donors, volunteers, members and event attendees are more discerning than ever and want to trust (past performance quantified and/or stories told) and know their money and time are making the promised impact (communicating impact against their goals). Foundations and government agencies want to see integrated, detailed results and plans. Constituents are overwhelmed and confused and need to be reached where they are and connected to with messaging that resonates.

I help address these challenges and reach your goals.

My posted rate is firm and already discounted for nonprofits from what I was paid to do this work for profit-generating companies, but I am also very comfortable (and often prefer) a fixed cost for a specific amount of work or deliverables (singular or ongoing). Let me know what works best for you and if the challenge and opportunity are exciting to me, I’ll do my best to fit within your needs.

Previously, my consulting work has led to me taking 1-2 year full-time positions. I am open to that, but believe it best to start with a project or addressing short-term needs on a short-term basis.

Let's talk.

Tom
