● Built, executed, and finally sold an enterprise-level TV Attribution SaaS product, which has been running within a media agency for more than seven years.
● Built and executed customer acquisition and retention models (MMM) for Aflac for 7 years (US Budget $150M+): Utilized CRM data, macroeconomic information, and a variety of media/ marketing information, in addition to Salesforce and survey data. Partnered with the CMO to execute data-driven ATL/ BTL plans.
● Developed and implemented a robust data-driven marketing budget allocation system for one of the leading Nestle subsidiaries (biopharma). Worked directly with the CMO's team for the execution of MMM findings.
● Using MMM, MTA & predictive analytics, I developed a strategic short- and long-term marketing investment plan for a global bank that resulted in EBIT growth of $90M
