Spur gear modeled in Inventor 2010 and provided in multiple file formats (.STP, .STL, .3DS, .OBJ), ready for 3D printing.
Model is provided in STP format, allowing it to be opened in any 3D CAD software. It has also been provided as 3DS and OBJ files for use in 3D graphics packages. Finally, it is provided in STL format, making it ready for 3D printing.
Strategic recesses have been engineered into the gear to minimize its volume to reduce the cost of 3D printing.
Model is compatible with Spur Gear Collection 01 (Product ID: 1126918) and Worm Gear Collection 01 (Product ID: 1127917).

Iclone Animation with soft cloth
It is really difficult to work with this freelancer unless you speak his language.
The freelancer promised he was able to complete a job in Iclone. I was skeptical as previous experienced designers could not complete it due to claimed technical limitations, but we agreed for him create a simple proof of concept which I would pay a small fee for and the promise he would get the rest of the project. He produced a video which seemed the proof of concept worked, after which I paid him. In fact, he went far beyond the proof of concept, by developing half of the project already. But I then learnt this was not created in Iclone. He refused to share the Iclone project file as he claimed he spent a lot more time on it than I paid him for. Fair enough, but there was no way for me to verify if he has the skills to complete the rest of the project and he was also not open to produce other evidence.
To make matters worse, he shared the output of the project in a public telegram group without my permission and when confronted about it denied it. Only when presented with the evidence, he owned up and apologized.
I still think Abul has a lot of talent, but he should work through an agency to avoid future communication mishaps like this.
