Redesign my box
Anna designed the box for my product as well as using that design to help with branding in the form of signage. I had various problems on my end as well as difficulties with Upwork caused from these set-backs but Anna was always professional and helpful, as well as patient.
We love the designs that she created and we are very happy that we chose her for our job. Our branding has significantly improved and if we ever need any work done again we will be coming straight back to Anna!

Anna was courteous on our first project, responded fast and delivered on time. For a new project (product images) a price per image needed to be negotiated (previously by hours). Having no experience with Anna how the deliverables of the new project will look like and if our requirements will be met, I wanted to launch a test project. I therefore asked for a price offer of one product image and for a larger amount. Wondering that there was per image no price-difference between one or more, I decided on 3 products and added to the front the backside of our product as an additional image, so that we ordered 6 images for the test. Anna send me the offer with the agreed pricing and a day later she messaged me that the price will be increased (+75%). I made my displeasure about it clear. I was then lectured and told off that she had more important things to do than chatting for such a small project. Still having her offer open, I asked then, if she will accept her own offer or not. I received no answer and canceled it. Sorry, but the scope was clear. If the test project was too small, then please say it straight away what minimum project size is needed and don't offer the option of only one image/product. To put it in a nutshell, unexpected and unbelievable behavior, I lost a lot of time and have to search for a new agency
