I would request your initial ideas, requirements, timeframe and reference tracks. I would also appreciate any video / story board you have. I would then submit to you example(s) / treatment(s) for you to review
Working to song or video lock-down
I would request that you send me a locked-down video edit (grading etc. can be added later) or song final edit / mix. I would work to this, taking on board any feedback from "initial concept", and submit draft to you for your review.
