Create Happi Coat Design with Japanese/Pop Influence - quick delivery
His skill was not up to our requirement for the job he signed up for so we discussed to release funds and end contract early after he submitted any raws or files he had been working on. Artist would do well to understand business etiquette and professionalism as on more than one occasion, he kept asking for payment or asking “are you trying to not pay me” despite us again clarifying that money is in escrow, that yes, we are paying him more than what was discussed even, and he hadnt even completed the work when he first brought it up. Perhaps he had a bad experience in the past but the interaction was absurd. This was a very short contract over the span of a few days. His expectation that the responses needed to be immediate was not reasonable. He submitted the work afterhours 8pm Friday night and we paid him 8am next business day. We havent even reviewed his submission.
