I have a professional home studio with the best equipment and software, to deliver you broadcast-quality audio and UGC-style video and Spokesperson Video including Podcast-Style, Green Screen, and Medical Spokesperson. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
As VO Spokesperson and UGC is largely based on usage, my hourly rate includes samples, meet and greets, directed sessions, and recording/editing/delivery time. *Projects that will be broadcast on television, radio or other paid channels will incur an additional usage fee.*
If the intended usage of the files for your project change after your purchase, BUYER agrees to come back to me to negotiate a fair fee for the newly intended usage.
**IMPORTANT** I do not consent to the use or sale of my voice or video files for the purpose of AI Cloning, TTS (Text to Speech), or Voice Assistant Technology without adequate notice from buyer, and additional compensation to be negotiated between buyer and seller.
Revision Policy Voice Over: Any errors on my end (pronunciation, missing word, etc) will be corrected. For projects under 300 words, I offer one free revision for style,tone,vibe,pacing. For projects over 300 words, I will submit a style sample to you at the start of project. Once approved, I will proceed with order in that style. If a further request is made to change style,tone,pace,vibe after project completion, an additional revision fee of up to 50% of project fee will be applied. Please note that changes in your script after delivery of audio do not count towards a free revision. Script changes will be charged at a rate of up to 50% of order total.
Revision Policy Video: Please provide me with direction and a script (or approval of the script I write) BEFORE I shoot. Once I shoot your video, I cannot reshoot without charging an additional fee. I do not offer free reshoots for matter of opinion or personal taste.
