Social Media Strategy and Video Editing
I found Lucija very efficient and she cares about her projects and clients. She has a breadth of skills so I was able to task her with design and social media campaign development even though I'd originally hired her for editing of my videos. Since she'd become familiar with my brand it was great to bring her into more projects which saved me sourcing time for selecting additional hires. Very responsive to feedback and guidance. Maybe the only small consideration was that I had to infrequently watch some spelling since English is Lucija's second language but that typically was caught in the approval process. Definitely will come back with future projects and I'd recommend her.
