Project details

I will Mix & Master your track ready for YouTube, Bandcamp etc. Trained in a commercial facility with tape & early digital (yes even NS-10s and Auratones) I have had 30+ years of experience incl. awards for films. I love vocal mixes - Trevor Kidd "Mystify" has 19,000+ views on YouTube.

I will happily advise what I think is needed to help your track shine before the material is mixed. We do that with mp3 & chat once the job is started. I will happily tell you if I want to mix a track or not before we start so feel free to contact me first.

Genre is irrelevant to me. Great music is about setting a Scene and telling a Story. The Mix is about getting people engaged in your story so they want to go again. I am here to show off your song

The different Pricing Levels reflect what is included in the service (you are buying Time & Experience):
$75 up to 5 Tracks for a simple straight Mix & Master
$150 up to 16 Tracks and an extra revision (extra tracks by consultation. I am used to high-track count mixes)
$550 up to 3 mixes of the same track with more scope for revision & trying creative things.

This was the second time working with Benedict and our team found him to be egocentric. He had apologized for his poor choice of words during the first contract, but this second time around, after I shared a feedback on the quality of the vocal mix, Benedict, suddenly became irritable and blocked me. He consistently showed a lack of respect to those who are younger and less experienced than he is. Benedict exhibited difficulty with accepting feedback and the result is an unsatisfactory experience.

My main job is to help people deliver their Story. As a Mix Engineer, I work differently from most other people you will meet. I am not interested in genre, or plugins. If you listen to my work you will hear that I seek to understand the passion, the central message of the song, and seek to make it beautiful. If you are tired of loud but boring mixes, have a chat with me.

Audio Post-Production (audio-cleanup, mixing, finalizing) for film or podcast is naturally in my abilities. I have sidelined in Audio Program since 1989.

I prefer to price for a whole job - which can only be done once I know who you are and what the project and tasks are. I can be flexible so if you know your budget is low then please be honest. Always make sure that I am being told everything I need to know to understand the project fully right from the start (that includes if you are the actual client or a reseller).

As a Composer I have 30+ years of experience, over 90 released albums in various styles and 5 short films, I have consolidated a strong skill set within my chosen area. My music for the short movie "Unrepentant" (2011) received several awards in international festivals incl a Best Music Score at Wildsound and Distinctive Achievement in Sound Design at Wild Rose Indy Film Festival. "Out Of The Box" got two awards in 2019. The game I scored, "S.P.A.C.E. Force" got a win in 2019.

I have made a strong name for myself in Sound Design (synthesizer design/programming) and electronic music tuition. All sounds are made uniquely for every piece.
