need modifications to existing custom home plan set that was developed in Archicad I hired Mr. Rakladzhiev to modify and complete an architectural plan set, complete with roof plan, elevations, floor plan, foundation plan, window/door package, etc, including 3D renderings and multiple modifications. Mr. Rakladzhiev did *excellent* work for me. He was creative, detail oriented, and highly skilled in Archicad and 3D renderings. His eye for architectural details was sound, including his sense of balance, proportion, and use of appropriate materials for the period/style that we were implementing (mid-century modern). He was highly professional, very friendly, and completed requests quickly and efficiently, even after numerous modifications that we requested. In short, my experience in working with Mr. Rakladzhiev was "5 star" in every respect and I would not hesitate to hire him again!
